This beautiful Deer Crest home includes a custom Runco and Monitor Audio home theater, two surround sound systems and an AMX control system that interfaces and controls the whole house audio system, heating and air conditioning controls, Vantage lighting control system and radiant indoor and outdoor heating.
We also installed an HAI security system and extensive video surveillance system that can be viewed locally and remotely. All home control functions can be controlled remotely.

This local builder selected Custom Audio Video Systems to design and install his home electronics upgrades. We installed an Elan touchpanel control system that controls background music, lighting control and to view the cameras. The theater features and Runco project with 106” Draper projections screen.
An HAI security system and color IP cameras provides home protection. We also installed a private gate access system which can be viewed and controlled from the house.
